Our Founder
Harrison Sender
Hi, I’m Harrison Sender. I’m an 11th-grade student at Ransom Everglades School with a deep passion for architecture, design, and the way built environments shape communities. I’m currently enrolled in Architecture 3 and Engineering 1, where I explore everything from conceptual design to hands-on problem-solving.
I’m the Vice President and founder of the Ransom Architecture
& Design Club (RAAD), a space I created to give students the chance to
design creatively, collaborate on real-world challenges, and think critically
about the future of our cities. Through the club, I’ve led multi-semester
projects, competitions, and workshops that blend innovation with intentional design.
Beyond school, I’m heavily invested in Past Path, my ongoing
project dedicated to exploring gentrification, historical preservation, and the
changing identity of neighborhoods. Past Path reflects my commitment to
understanding the stories behind the places we live in—and using design to
spark awareness, conversation, and impact.
Whether I’m sketching structures, developing ideas for more equitable urban spaces, or engineering solutions in the classroom, I’m always
working toward the same goal: creating designs that are meaningful, functional,
and rooted in understanding the communities around them.
